The Master 2 Mergers and Acquisitions programme trains lawyers to specialise in corporate growth and restructuring operations. It covers the legal, financial and strategic aspects of long-term financing operations. Students acquire in-depth knowledge of corporate law, contracts and taxation. This programme prepares students for careers in large law firms, legal or financial departments and investment banks.
The Master's programme is organised into two semesters, allowing students to gradually specialise. A compulsory internship enables students to immerse themselves in their future professional practice.

Target Audience and Entry Requirements
Students must generally have completed a Master's 1 in business law or an equivalent degree and be proficient in a modern language other than French. Knowledge of English is required. We are looking for students who have demonstrated an ability to commit to a project and work in a team.
