Objectifs pédagogiques de la formation

With globalization, relationships between different countries and nationalities in a business context tend to be more frequent. The mission of the Master of International Business (MIB) is to provide students with skills and expertise that will help them succeed in the global context. The MIB provides a truly international and multicultural learning environment, which makes its graduates very attractive to potential employers worldwide.

The MIB program aims at providing students with general and disciplinary knowledge and expertise in the various domains of international business. This includes:

  • Good knowledge of business systems and processes at both strategic and operational levels;
  • Strong understanding of the global business environment, and its recent major trends;
  • Applied management skills in international settings;
  • Comprehensive view of business functions (human resource management, marketing, operations, supply chain, and more);

In addition, the MIB program provides students with cross-disciplinary skills such as:

  • Good synthesis and analysis capabilities
  • Organizing and project management skills
  • Methodological skills

Pré-requis, profil d’entrée permettant d'intégrer la formation

The MIB is a two year program. Year 1 (M1) and Year 2 (M2) are offered alternately each year as follows:

  • 2021-2022: Year 1 (M1)
  • 2022-2023: Year 2 (M2)
  • 2023-2024: Year 1 (M1)
  • 2024-2025: Year 2 (M2)

 

The M1 is not offered in 2022-2023

  • Maitriser le contexte, les savoirs et outils fondamentaux du management.

  • Piloter des projets internationaux.

  • Piloter des stratégies internationales, de leur élaboration à leur déploiement.

  • Appréhender les diversités de culture et de motivation des parties prenantes d'une organisation et de son projet.

  • Maîtriser les outils de communication et s'adapter aux spécificités des organisations et des parties prenantes.

  • Produire des connaissances au sein d'une entreprise par une démarche scientifique, réflexive et analytique.

Profil de sortie des étudiants ayant suivi la formation

Master 2 graduates can obtain various positions in large groups or SME-SMIs, in France or abroad. The positions held are management positions in various sectors, all over the world:

  • business manager,
  • project manager,
  • IT manager,
  • marketing and communication manager,
  • engineer in charge of business,
  • sales manager,
  • account manager,
  • company manager, etc.

The knowledge acquired and the skills developed with this program also make it possible to carry out an international business creation project.

MIB is for those who are looking to start or accelerate a career in international business. As a general management prorgam, the opportunities include all types of management positions in large international groups and in various sectors:

    (The program is taught in English in a French university. No prior knowledge of French is required to attend but candidates must demonstrate sufficient mastery in English (B2 level or higher, TOEIC 790, IELTS 5,5, TOEFL IBT 80 - CBT 213 – PBT 550).)
