The Information Tools and Skills 1 course aims to develop the technical and methodological skills necessary for researching, analyzing, and presenting information in an international professional and academic environment. The objective of this course is to provide students with a cross-cutting and multidisciplinary view of organizations and their management, with a focus on change management issues. It considers organizations as complex, socially constructed systems interacting with their environment, and explores these different facets. In doing so, it will cover the fundamentals, concepts, and practices of change management. This includes:

• Understanding the foundations and challenges of change management (types of organizational change – strategic, structural, cultural, technological; impacts of change on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole)
• Analyzing key success factors and resistance to change (assessing internal strengths and barriers to implementing change; identifying organizational, cultural, and human levers to facilitate buy-in)
• Developing and implementing change management strategies (designing change management plans adapted to strategic objectives and organizational culture; selecting and applying communication methods and tools; training and support)

The General Management course offers an integrated approach to management by addressing the main functions of a company and their interactions.

The course combines lectures and tutorials, which are based on case studies, group work, and simulations.

Assessment is based on continuous evaluation (participation, case studies, group work), allowing students to measure their ability to apply general management tools and propose coherent solutions in an international context.

Students develop the ability to analyze the foundations and challenges of change management within organizations, understanding the different forms of transformation and their impacts. This course aims to familiarize students with research methods applied to international business and sustainable development. It enables them to understand the theoretical and methodological foundations of research in management science, to develop a relevant research question related to the challenges of internationalization and sustainability, and to design a rigorous methodological framework combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. Students learn to collect, analyze, and interpret data in order to produce reliable and actionable results, while developing critical thinking and scientific rigor. Finally, they acquire the necessary skills to write and present a clear, structured Master's thesis grounded in contemporary issues of international business and sustainable development.

The Methods for Business Research and Master's Thesis course introduces students to the approaches and tools of research in management science, preparing them for their Master 1 thesis. It covers formulating a research question, constructing a theoretical framework, selecting qualitative and quantitative methods, and rigorously collecting and analyzing data.

The course is taught through lectures.

Assessment is based on continuous evaluation to assess mastery of research methods and a final evaluation of the written thesis.
