Le M2 Chemistry International Track is a master's program designed both for French students who wish to study in English in order to strengthen their language skills in addition to their scientific skills, and for international students seeking valuable academic experience abroad in a renowned European research university. The program offers high-level training in chemistry, fostering not only scientific expertise but also intercultural exchange and international professional development
The second year of this master's program is built upon the fondation laid in the first year, with a continued focus on chemistry and physcial chemistry.
Students will be ready to develop innovative ideas and enterprises related to sustainable Energy, Health and Environment. The program places a significant emphasis on practical laboratory training, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and platforms.
The second year of the master's program, Chemistry-International Track, encompasses an internship for 6 months that provides students with an advanced research experience within top-level scientific groups at UPSaclay or worldwide for internships in companies.
This program addresses an increasing demand for highly skilled scientists, engineers and top magagers ready to enter to the labour market with solid hard and soft skills ans strong EU values.

+ Communicate information and results to different audiences by being able to describe a protocol and organize its results.
+ Establish and carry out a scientific approach in chemistry, theoretical or experimental, independently by organizing your working time to achieve the set objectives.
+ Identify and implement methods and techniques for developing and/or producing molecules or materials while respecting good laboratory practices.
+ Choose and implement methods for separation and characterization of compounds, knowing the theoretical principles of measurement and being able to interpret the results.
+ Predict physicochemical properties or the reactivity of molecules and/or materials by combining all disciplinary knowledge.
+ To apprehend properties related to the spatial organisation of matter and temporal aspects of chemical phenomena.
Objectifs pédagogiques de la formation
+ Offer a training dedicated to chemistry entirely in English language to all local and international students
+ Focus on important societal aspects (energy, health & radiation chemistry, nanosciences).
+ The second semester focuses on learning through research, through a six-month internship in an academic laboratory, research institute or company. An internship abroad is possible
