Les Planches à Musique

Created in 2002, the company Les Planches à Musique brings together musicians, singers, actors and dancers to offer a unique experience combining orchestral music and visual performance.

For example, the company performed Molière's comedy-ballet The Imaginary Invalid, Ubu the King by Alfred Jarry with the incidental music by Claude Terrasse, and more recently Mozart's opera The Magic Flute with a rich artistic production of giant puppets.

In addition to these projects, the company regularly organises film-concerts: short films by Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Charles Pathé but also feature films such as L'Aurore by Friedrich Murnau.
