Unité de Recherche Génomique-Info (URGI)

Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire URGI est une unité de recherche en génomique et bio-informatique de l'Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), dédiée aux plantes et leurs pathogènes. Ses recherches portent sur l'intégration des données et la structure et la dynamique des génomes. Le laboratoire concoit un système d'information, et développe des outils d'analyses. Ses travaux sont mis à disposition à travers la plateforme URGI du réseau des plateformes de l'Institut Français de Bioinformatique. Certains sont entrepris avec des partenaires industriels importants comme Biogemma ou Florimond-Desprez.
