Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire Sciences pour l'action et le développement – Activités, produits, territoire travaille sur des questions de recherche complexe sur les dynamiques des systèmes socio-techniques et des systèmes socio-écologiques liées aux transformations des mondes et des espaces agricoles et ruraux. Ces travaux sont basés sur des partenariats avec les acteurs et organisations des filières agricoles et des territoires et permettent de produire des connaissances scientifiques aussi bien fondamentales qu'appliquées sur les impératifs d'ordre environnemental, sanitaire ou culturel pesant sur les façons de produire et sur l'innovation dans le secteur agricole.
