Modèles de cellules souches malignes et thérapeutiques (ONCOSTEM)

Présentation du laboratoire

L'unité modèles de cellules souches malignes et thérapeutiques réunit des chercheurs de 3 unités préalablement indépendantes dans le but de générer des interactions synergiques dans le domaine des cellules souches malignes et thérapeutiques. Dans cette configuration, l'Unité 935 associe une équipe ayant une expertise dans la biologie des cellules souches adultes et embryonnaires avec deux équipes travaillant sur la compartimentation membranaire et la chronobiologie/chronothérapie. Cette association devrait ouvrir de nouveaux champs de recherche concernant le développement et la différenciation et promouvoir le transfert de technologie. Ces équipes sont en relation étroite avec une 4ème équipe qui coordonne un réseau technologique national de transfert appelé INGESTEM dédié aux stratégies de reprogrammation de cellules adultes en cellules souches pluripotentes induites (iPS).
