Présentation du laboratoire

Le Laboratoire de Droit des Affaires et Nouvelles Technologies - DANTE est partie prenante dans des projets de recherche collaboratifs nationaux et internationaux souvent en partenariat avec des laboratoires en informatique, économie, sociologie ou encore en médecine (ARN, GIP, H2020...). Ses membres ont su faire fructifier cet acquis dans les domaines du droit des sociétés, de la propriété intellectuelle puis de la concurrence, des contrats, de l'arbitrage du commerce international et de l'écologie. Au fil des années, ses chercheurs appréhendent ensemble des sujets nécessitant une complémentarité d'expertises tels la circulation des données, les droits fondamentaux, le marché international de la propriété intellectuelle.
