Laboratoire de Droit des Affaires et Nouvelles Technologies (DANTE)

Laboratory presentation

Founded in 1997, the research laboratory DANTE (Business Law and New Technologies) has more than a hundred members. Its purpose is to welcome all lecturers and researchers in private law and criminal sciences from the Faculty of Law and the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

From the outset, it has been marked by a multidisciplinary approach, which allows it to be involved in national and international collaborative research projects (ANR, GIP, European Commission, e-FRAM, Paris Saclay) in partnership with laboratories in IT, economics, sociology but also companies (Orange, Renault) and public institutions (Ministry of Economy, European Commission).
