Facilities and platforms

Physics at Paris-Saclay has the particularity of gathering nearly 115 scientific and technical platforms which are able to host activities of groups outside the laboratories where they are located and operated. These platforms cover all the themes of the Physics Graduate School as well as related themes (chemistry, engineering, biology, etc.).

Localised in a close vicinity, these platforms enable cutting-edge disciplinary research to be carried out in the laboratories, the academic and industrial communities to benefit from unique technical and experimental expertise on both disciplinary and interdisciplinary subjects, and to complement university teaching at all levels.

These platforms will be increasingly open to companies wishing to access high-level scientific infrastructures (service provision or joint R&D).
