The Master's in Nutrition and Health allows students to understand and analyze the complex links between diet and health, providing the foundations of biological and methodological understanding in the field of nutrition and eating behavior.
The training is made up of 8 teaching modules, a bibliographic dissertation and an internship or work-study periods for apprenticeship training.

Objectives
The objective of the "Nutrition and Health" program is to train students capable, both nationally and internationally, of:
* taking proactive action within academic institutions to develop research and teaching programs aimed at improving knowledge about the links between diet and human health.
* intervening in national and international institutions and agencies responsible for establishing nutritional recommendations and evaluating claim dossiers, and in government departments responsible for human nutrition issues.
* guiding companies in their strategic choices for developing health-promoting foods and/or in their food product formulation policies in line with public policies, and in communicating the nutritional balance of their products.

*proficiency in scientific English (level B2)
