Présentation
Objectives

The aim of the Master 2 International Business Law is to educate students in international business law, international trade law, international arbitration law, etc.
In-depth teaching of these subjects is combined with very practical teaching techniques (mock arbitration, mock trial, drafting of contracts, drafting of reports, etc.). Lecturers on the Master's course aim to prepare students to adapt to and integrate into a demanding professional environment.
A steering committee brings together professionals who agree to reflect on suggested developments, on the best ways to integrate students into the professional world and on how to make the teaching (content and method) best fit the requirements of practice.
The Master 2 places great importance on the relationship between the academic world and professional practice.
