International Engagement

International Engagement is a process set up to accompany the Internationalisation-at-Home effort through seminars, workshops and resources. Each scientific specialisation can earn an “International Engagement” badge for their web page displaying relevant information.

The aim is to

• Develop internationally oriented faculty and courses, in French or in English, allowing students to recognise they are all international!
• Raise awareness of the impact and the internationalisation process in which students, academic staff and administrative staff are all involved as stakeholders
• To foster the “purposeful integration of international and intercultural dimensions into the formal and informal curriculum for all students within domestic learning environments” (E. Jones; Jos Beelen)
