The Jean d'Alembert research programme

Université Paris-Saclay offers stays of six to twelve months to highly qualified international scientists in one of the university’s laboratories. Researchers from all scientific disciplines and countries can apply for the programme. 

Selection criteria

Candidates are chosen based solely on the quality of their scientific application and proposed project:

  • The quality of the candidate’s scientific application: professional experience, the impact and originality of scientific contributions.
  • The quality of the proposed project: importance in the candidate’s scientific field, pertinence of the proposed approach, feasibility, available resources to support the project other than the grant, expected impact for the host laboratory and more broadly speaking for Université Paris-Saclay (scientific, in terms of education, development and transfer).
