Laboratoire de Génétique et de biologie cellulaire (LGBC)

Présentation du laboratoire

Les principaux thèmes de recherche développés au LGBC concernent d'une part les modalités et la régulation des processus de mort cellulaire, en particulier au niveau mitochondrial, et d'autre part, les mécanismes compensatoires impliqués dans le maintien de l'homéostasie tissulaire à la suite de stress impliquant la mitochondrie ou le réticulum endoplasmique. Pour cela, nous utilisons des modèles cellulaires de mammifères et les drosophiles..

En parallèle, nous menons des projets en collaboration qui utilisent notamment des modèles mimant des pathologies chez la drosophile.
