Interactions Cellules souches-niches: physiologie, tumeurs et réparation tissulaire (SToRM)

Présentation du laboratoire

L'unité Interactions cellules souches-niches : physiologie, tumeurs et réparation tissulaire développe des projets dans les domaines de l'hématologie, de la biologie vasculaire, de la biologie rénale et de la réparation tissulaire, en étudiant des interactions mutuelles entre les cellules souches des tissus respectifs et leurs micro-environnements (niches). Les programmes de recherche incluent les approches de recherche fondamentale ainsi que leurs applications médicales. Les études cliniques sont centrées sur la thérapie cellulaire pour la réparation tissulaire et l'immuno-régulation de la transplantation. Les interactions mutuelles entre cellules souches tumorales (leucémie et tumeur rénale) et leurs niches (moelle osseuse et tissu rénal) sont également étudiées.
