Présentation du laboratoire

Le laboratoire Stabilité génétique et oncogenèse travaille sur la réponse cellulaire et moléculaire à l'altération de l'ADN. Ces altérations peuvent être responsables d'anomalies du développement, au vieillissement prématuré, à une prédisposition de l'apparition de cancer ou encore une mort cellulaire. Les recherches portent donc sur la compréhension des mécanismes de réparation de l'ADN de cellulaire humaines et murines à partir d'analyses biochimiques, génétiques, moléculaires et cellulaires. Ces travaux ont déjà permis la création de nombreuses innovations protégées par 4 brevets.
