Laboratoire de recherche en Management (LAREQUOI)

Présentation du laboratoire

Le LAREQUOI est le Laboratoire de Recherche en Management de l'Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Il est associé à l'ISM (Institut Supérieur de Management). Créé en 1998 par les professeurs Annie Bartoli et Philippe Hermel, le LAREQUOI est reconnu depuis cette date comme "Équipe d'Accueil" (EA n°2452) par le Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche. Il encadre à ce titre les 12 parcours de Master (dont 1 master recherche) en sciences de gestion.

Les recherches menées au sein du LAREQUOI sont centrées autour d'une conception pluridisciplinaire du management ce qui conduit les chercheurs à combiner une vaste palette de compétences principalement centrées sur les sciences de gestion et plus particulièrement en management stratégique, organisation, management public, mais enrichies d'approches scientifiques complémentaires (sciences de l'éducation, de l'information et de la communication, sociologie et psychologie sociale), pour répondre à des problématiques transversales.
