The "Digital and Space Intellectual Property Law" Master's program at Université Paris-Saclay offers a unique training program in France. Starting at Master 1 level, it enables students to master the new challenges facing the law in an information and innovation-based society.

The program offers progressive specialization in digital law, intellectual property law, space law and cyberdefense, via a number of courses. The M1 courses at Sceaux and Versailles prepare students for the various M2 courses. The M1 at UQAM (IAPI) offers a double degree in AI and IP law, with a comparative approach. The M2 DAST combines space, aeronautics, digital and cyber-defense law. The M2 DCN is a pioneer in the study of the confrontation between copyright and digital law in the face of new technologies. The M2 DIPI specializes in innovation law and industrial property. The M2 PIA, a work-study program, focuses on IP and IT. The M2 PIDAN specializes in digital law and IP applied to information technologies. Finally, the M2/LLM PIFTN offers in-depth training in digital law and IP, with an international dimension (one semester in Quebec or Madrid).

The "Digital and Space Intellectual Property Law" Master's degree program is designed to meet the needs of the fast-changing digital and space sectors, as well as those whose economies are governed by intellectual property. It is set against a backdrop of rapid technological change. Its aim is to train lawyers who are at the cutting edge of creation and innovation, and aware of the major issues that technology represents for our society. They will be able to analyze the latest technical developments from a legal standpoint, based on the most recent standard-setting tools. This specialization offers them multi-dimensional and international career prospects in these fields.
