The MSC Master’s program aims to train future managers and consultants specializing in the design and delivery of projects, particularly digital initiatives, that act as drivers of strategic transformation in all types of organizations and require both technical and people-centered support.
Building on M1 MSC, M2 MSC prepares future managers, project leaders, and consultants who specialize in designing and delivering projects that drive operational change and strategic transformation across all types of organizations. The curriculum is designed to consolidate the foundations laid in M1 in both strategic and operational management (strategy and CSR, people management and leadership, project team management, change management, process and complex project management, innovation, digital transformation, information systems, and international/intercultural management). In addition, courses in English, project management, and research methods, together with the implementation of team projects, the 6th month internship placements, and the completion of a rigorous research thesis, equip students with practical know-how as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills that significantly enhance their professionalization and employability.
