The MSC Master’s program aims to train future managers and consultants specializing in the design and delivery of projects—particularly digital initiatives—that act as drivers of strategic transformation in all types of organizations and require both technical and people-centered support.
Building on a bachelor’s degree—particularly in Economics & Management or Business Administration—Year 1 (M1) of the MSC programme develops students’ knowledge and skills in strategic management (strategy and CSR, management of organisations, change, projects, innovation, digital transformation, ethics) and its functional applications (HRM, marketing, performance measurement and management). In addition, courses in English, data analysis, research methods, entrepreneurship, stakeholder law, and managerial communication—together with industry guest lectures and a 2- to 6-month internship combined with an introductory research dissertation—enable students to acquire practical abilities and interpersonal skills that strongly enhance their professional readiness.
