• Interdisciplinary analysis of the interactions between climate, environment, society, economy, and ethics.
• Knowledge of alternative economic models (ecological economics, social and solidarity economy, etc.).
• Interdisciplinary understanding of transitions (climate, energy, digital, societal).
• Mastery of the three dimensions of responsibility within organizations: economic, environmental, and social.

Ability to:

• Design and manage a CSR or OSR strategy
• Work in project-based mode
• Apply evaluation, consultation, and participatory methods and tools
• Operate across multiple levels of action, from local to international
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms; demonstrate skills in synthesis, argumentation, and collaborative work
• Integrate regulatory, normative, and public policy frameworks into analysis and action
• Conduct strategic analysis of organizations within an ethical and sustainable framework
• Link and coordinate actions across various governance levels (local to global)
• Apply participatory methods and manage stakeholder consultation processes in project work

• Train professionals in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and OSR (Organizational Social Responsibility), capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating social responsibility strategies within organizations.
• Provide a deep understanding of socio-ecological transitions, related to climate, environmental, economic, social, ethical, and territorial challenges.
• Develop a critical and operational perspective on CSR and related approaches.
• Prepare students for positions of responsibility at the intersection of organizational strategy and sustainable development, in contexts of change and complexity.
• Offer professional opportunities across a wide range of sectors: companies (SMEs and large corporations), local authorities, social and solidarity economy, associations, public institutions, consulting firms, NGOs, etc.
