The M1 RSEE (CSR) is part of the Sustainability Sciences programme, offering graduates the opportunity to acquire the skills needed to support and assist public or private organisations facing the consequences of global environmental, economic, social and political changes. The master's degree (M1 in classic education and M2 in apprenticeship) is based on an interdisciplinary, academic and professional approach to the corporate social responsibility.
- The RSEE program is a two-year course integrated in to the Science of Sustainability master's. It includes a first year (M1) in classic initial training and a second year (M2) in apprenticephip.
- This program adopts an interdisciplinary approach focuses on the climate-environment -society interface, taking into account long-term transitions and temporalities (sustainability). Unlike many programs that focus primarily on a managerial approach to CSR, this RSEE program offers a broader vision of corporate of responsibility, also enncompassing public institutions, local authorities and the ESS.
The program is supported by internationnaly recognized laborataries ans research teams in climate science, atmospheric end space sciences, as well as social sciences and humanities: CEARC, LSCE, LATMOS, in connection wiith yhe observatory of the unieverse: CEARC, LSCE, Latmos, in connection with the Observatory of the Univesse of SQY (CNRS-UVSQ) ansd aligned with the IPCC's scientifc priorities.

Objectives
- Train professionals in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and OSR (Organizational Social Responsibility), capable of designing, implementing, and evaluating social responsibility strategies within organizations.
- Provide a deep understanding of socio-ecological transitions, related to climate, environmental, economic, social, ethical, and territorial challenges.
- Develop a critical and operational perspective on CSR and related approaches.
- Prepare students for positions of responsibility at the intersection of organizational strategy and sustainable development, in contexts of change and complexity.
- Offer professional opportunities across a wide range of sectors: companies (SMEs and large corporations), local authorities, social and solidarity economy, associations, public institutions, consulting firms, NGOs, etc.
