Maîtriser les spécificités multiples du droit national et international du patrimoine culturel (fiscalité du patrimoine culturel ; domaine public culturel ; droit des archives ; propriété littéraire et artistique ; droit de l'archéologie ; droit des monuments historiques etc.)Maîtriser les outils et les enjeux juridiques, nationaux et internationaux, de la protection et de la valorisation du patrimoine culturelLe programme a été composé il y a 5 ans maintenant, au regard de l'expérience de terrain acquise dans le cadre du M2 Droit du patrimoine culturel (créé en 1999) et au regard de l'insertion professionnelle des diplômés.
