The Master's degree in Health and Biotechnology Law is organized at the Evry site and allows students to specialize with a view to quickly integrating into the world of health law. The Master's degree is open to work-study programs and, in addition to the days reserved for theoretical and practical teaching, allows students to join a company with a mission related to the courses taken.
The Master 2 aims to give students the methodological and disciplinary skills essential for practicing professions in the health system and the pharmaceutical industry, and those linked to medical research, particularly in the field of biotechnologies, its financing and the valorization of its results.

Objectives
The M2 Health and Biotechnology Law is a specialized diploma based on three main areas: bioethics law (protection of individuals, ethical principles, legal corpus, general knowledge of biotechnologies) and health law (Medical Law, Hospital Law); the regulation of medical and biotechnological research (Contracts and research on living organisms, Protection of health data, Pharmaceutical Law) and its promotion (Biotechnology company law, Intellectual Property).

The M2 Health and Biotechnology Law is aimed at students who have completed the M1 in Health Law at the University of Paris-Saclay or another university, as well as any other student holding an M1 in private or public law.
