The Master’s in Management and Organizational Communication supports students in becoming professionals who can make decisions, take action, give meaning, and mobilize others. Our first-year master’s (M1) develops a demanding dual skill set—managerial leadership and communication strategy with strong ethical orientation
The M1 in Management and Organizational Communication (MCO) combines managerial competencies (human resources management, finance, marketing) and communication competencies (interpersonal and digital communication), grounded in ethical reflection. Offered as an apprenticeship (work-study), the program follows an alternating rhythm: one week at the university and two weeks in host organizations.
Two options allow learners to tailor their pathway: Organizational Communication (OC) and Management, Communication, Culture (MCC). The first prepares graduates for communication and management roles across all types of organizations and sectors. The second enables students to specialize in these roles within the cultural and artistic sector.
Throughout the year, an active pedagogy (projects, simulations, etc.) nurtures students’ critical thinking and their capacity to act.
