The Master 2 in Business Contract Law is practice-oriented. This work-study programme trains students in the negotiation, drafting and securing of complex contracts, with a European and international focus.
Validation rules for the year: The division of semesters is indicative and based on the calendar: the year is organised into skill blocks. Consequently, the 60 ECTS for the year are awarded if the weighted average of the ECTS associated with the block marks is higher than 10/20, taking into account any possible compensation. The first session jury is annual.
Blocks 1 and 5 compensate each other. Blocks 2, 3 and 5 compensate each other. Block 6 does not compensate with any other block. In accordance with the Paris-Saclay Study Regulations, the compensation threshold is set at 07/20 per EU.
