Présentation
Objectives

Train practice-ready business-contracts specialists: structuring, negotiating, drafting and securing transactions (distribution, financing, IP/IT), managing risk and compliance, overseeing performance and remedies, and handling dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, litigation) in domestic, European and international settings.

Overall organisation

Validation rules for the year: The division of semesters is indicative and based on the calendar: the year is organised into skill blocks. Consequently, the 60 ECTS for the year are awarded if the weighted average of the ECTS associated with the block marks is higher than 10/20, taking into account any possible compensation. The first session jury is annual.

Blocks 1 and 5 compensate each other. Blocks 2, 3 and 5 compensate each other. Block 6 does not compensate with any other block. In accordance with the Paris-Saclay Study Regulations, the compensation threshold is set at 07/20 per EU.
