Fighting sexual and gender-based violence

Université Paris-Saclay has set up a monitoring unit to listen to and support its students, PhD candidates and staff.
Named Dalida, for Dispositif d'alerte inclusion-diversité accueillant, it enables the university to collect testimonies from anyone who has witnessed or been the victim of violence, discrimination or moral or sexual harassment.

The report unit offers efficient assistance and support to victims and witnesses.
Anyone wishing to file a report can do so by email, at contact.dalida@universite-paris-saclay.fr or via an online form, which may be submitted anonymously, or by requesting a physical, telephone or video appointment.
At the same time, the system focuses on providing counselling and support for victims, respecting their timing and informing them of possible alternatives and the internal and external resources available.
More than just a simple reporting tool, it is also part of a broader approach to prevent and raise awareness about discrimination and violence.
