Objectives

Provide students with an essential academic foundation. Emphasise the practice of mergers and acquisitions, prepare students for internships and a quick transition into working life. Prepare students for the practice of legal English and provide them with technical vocabulary in French and English. The programme is divided into two areas: Area 1: Mergers and acquisitions techniques Transfer of assets

  • Overall organisation

    The Master's programme is organised into two semesters, allowing students to gradually specialise. A compulsory internship enables students to immerse themselves in their future professional practice.

    Cabinets d'avocats d'affaires.
    Services juridiques ou fiscaux de grandes entreprises, de banques ou de PME.
    Fonds d'investissement, intermédiaires M&A.

    Il y a une très forte demande pour des profils spécialisés en fusions-acquisitions dans les grandes entreprises, les banques et surtout les cabinets d'avocats d'affaires. Le M2 fusions-acquisitions étant le seul à proposer cette spécialisation, les étudiants sont très facilement recrutés à l'issue du M2.

    Course Prerequisites

    Students must generally have completed a Master's 1 in business law or an equivalent degree and be proficient in a modern language other than French. Knowledge of English is required. We are looking for students who have demonstrated an ability to commit to a project and work in a team.

    En principe, l'accès à la formation requiert un Master de droit privé, de droit des affaires ou un diplôme équivalent.

    Post-graduate profile

    L'étudiant ayant suivi le M2 fusions-acquisition a les caractéristiques suivantes :

    - formé de manière pratique et pluridisciplinaire, il est capable de s'intégrer très rapidement dans un environnement de travail dans le domaine des fusions-acquisitions

    - entraîné à la prise de parole en public et à un travail en équipe, il doit être capable de prendre sa place harmonieusement dans une équipe

    - il respecte les valeurs mise en avant au cours de la formation : sens de l'entraide, confidentialité, modestie, efficacité
