More specifically, this course is aimed at students wishing to deepen their training in strategic management, with a view to an international career. The 1st year Master's includes general courses in management and strategy, and more specific courses in international management. The 1st year Master's International Strategies and Management covers the study of organisations in a multi-disciplinary approach, but responding to specific needs expressed by the socio-professional world. The first semester is the foundation of the programme, offering courses in management and strategy, while the second semester focuses on specialisation in the field of international management. Semester 1: a return to the fundamentals of management science (finance, organisation theory, ethics, project management, etc.) Semester 2: specialised courses in international management (international risk analysis, geopolitics, international marketing, etc.). The 1st year Master's SMI courses are fully in line with the RITM * EA 7360 (Réseaux, Innovations, Territoires et Mondialisation) laboratory's research focus on international dimensions.
