The second-year Master (“M2”) in Management and Communication of Organizations is an interdisciplinary program that cultivates a dual skill set: viewing the organization and its communication as a single, integrated dynamic. Expertise in communication and management lies at the core of designing comprehensive organizational and communication strategies, steering high-impact projects, and mobilizing teams and stakeholders to act collectively.

The philosophy of the M2 in Management and Communication of Organizations is grounded in an approach to communication and management that goes beyond a purely instrumental view. Communication is strategic, based on dialogue with stakeholders and the co-construction of collective action. Likewise, management entails taking responsibility and therefore requires reflexivity and the ability to make and co-construct meaning within collective projects.

Offered as a work–study program, the master operates on a rhythm of one week at the university followed by two weeks within the host organization, fostering a sustained dialogue between theory and practice.

Two options enable individualized pathways: the Organizational Communication (CO) option, targeting all types of organizations and sectors; and the Management, Communication, Culture (MCC) option, aimed at organizations in the cultural and artistic fields.

The program is built on active learning that connects knowledge with practical know-how.
