Présentation
Objectives

The International Business and Sustainability program is designed to train executives and consultants specialized in the development of international activities, systematically integrating sustainability concerns into these activities. Within a truly multicultural learning environment, the program prepares students to understand and analyze the complex interactions between companies, markets, and international cultural and institutional environments.

The objective is to provide them with the concepts, methods, and tools needed to design and implement global strategies, lead multicultural projects, and adapt to the economic, geopolitical, ecological, and technological transformations of global trade. The aim is to develop:

  • Good knowledge of business systems and processes at both strategic and operational levels;
  • Strong understanding of the global business environment, and its recent major trends;
  • Applied management skills in international settings;
  • Comprehensive view of business functions (human resource management, marketing, operations, supply chain, and more);

In addition, the MIBS program provides students with cross-disciplinary skills such as excellent:

  • Synthesis and analysis capabilities
  • Organizing and project management skills
  • Methodological skills
Skills
  • Understand the context, acquire the knowledge base and proficiently use basic management tools.

  • Overall organisation

    The MIBS program is structured over two years: Master 1 (M1) and Master 2 (M2). Courses, taught in English, reflect the international scope of the program. French as a Foreign Language (FLE) classes may be offered to obtain a certification in French. In M1, students receive a general foundation in management and are introduced to the fundamentals of international business: strategy, finance, intercultural management, and global marketing. They develop a cross-disciplinary understanding of business systems and processes, complemented by a 3- to 6-month internship in companies with a strong international dimension. In M2, the program becomes more specialized, with courses such as global operations management, international negotiation, and multinational corporate governance. Emphasis is placed on transversal skills (analysis, project management, methodology). The year concludes with an internship or a work-study placement, enhancing graduates’ employability in the global job market.
