L'objectif de la formation est de former les étudiants au conseil et à l'intervention dans le domaine des conditions de travail et de la qualité de vie au travail.
Le premier semestre est consacré à des enseignements communs aux quatre parcours et le deuxième semestre dispense des enseignements spécifiquement liés au parcours CITE. Parallèlement aux enseignements, les étudiants réalisent une enquête sociologique et rédigent un mémoire faisant l’objet d’une soutenance à la fin du 2ème semestre.
