Justice, Trials and Procedures
The Justice, Trials and Procedures specialization is based at the University of Evry. It is a modular program, organized around a Master 1 in "contracts, assets and proceedings” and a Master 2 in “Judicial Careers and Litigation”.
The Justice, Trials and Procedures specialization enables students to develop a range of theoretical, practical and professional skills, geared towards understanding, mastering and practicing procedural law and the workings of the legal system.

The Justice, Trials and Procedures specialization offers specialized courses in private law, as part of the M1 "Contracts, Procedures and Assets", such as (matrimonial property regimes, inheritance). It also offers courses in litigation matters (bankruptcy law, civil enforcement procedures), while also opening up to more cross-disciplinary subjects (international and European human rights law, environmental law).
The Master 2 in Legal Careers and Litigation builds on the Master 1 to train students in all types of litigation they may encounter in their future professions.
Students are recruited on completion of a law degree.
