The MASTER 2 professional environment, safety and vigilance in companies aims to offer its graduates the highest employability immediately after the issuance of their diploma.
The M2 ESVE offers specialized university training in business law in the fields of Environment, Safety and Vigilance, to meet the specific and growing demand that exists in companies.
The M2 ESVE offers an intense professional experience thanks to the organization of the alternation between teaching at the University and the exercise of a job in a company for the entire duration of the training. The training agenda is specifically organized to allow its students in initial training to conclude a part-time employment contract for the duration of the training, and its students in continuing training to follow it at the same time as a professional activity elsewhere.

The Master 2 ESVE is organized around courses given at the Faculty of Law and Political Science two days a week from early October to the end of April. The other days are dedicated to business integration.
Les connaissances et des compétences spécialisées qui sont visées sont celles qui sont requises pour tous métiers impliquant juridiquement la fonction Environnement-Sécurité-Qualité (ESQ) ou Hygiène-Sécurité-Environnement (HSE) dans les entreprises, établissements et collectivités publiques, cabinets d'avocats ou d'audits, associations professionnelles ou autres, dans les emplois suivants notamment :
-Juristes ESQ – HSE
-Ingénieur ESQ – HSE
-Responsable management ESQ – HSE
-Auditeurs risques internes ou externes
-Auditeurs ou commissaires de qualité réglementaires internes ou externes
-Responsables formation
-Responsables communication environnement ou sécurité
-Avocats spécialisés (Environnement, risques dans les sociétés, droits des victimes, etc …).
The training is open to students holding an M1 in business law who have preferably followed an education in environmental law. Candidates with a master's degree in private law are also admissible, as well as those with an equivalent diploma, a fortiori if they justify teaching related to environmental and/or security issues. The students of the M2 will come for the most part of the M1 of business law of the mention.
