Women in business: an immersive week of leadership and entrepreneurship

From 4 to 8 September 2023, 19 women at the start of their professional careers took part in the university’s Women in Business: Become a Leader programme. Launched by Université Paris-Saclay, in partnership with the Women Initiative Foundation, the programme aims to help participants gain access to management positions by developing their leadership potential.

The week-long training programme included conferences, workshops and accounts from inspiring women across the university’s campus, at the Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, ENS Paris-Saclay and the Institut des hautes études scientifiques.
