The Master's in Innovation and Digital Transformation in Organizations (ITD), delivered entirely online, trains professionals to understand, lead, and support digital change within organizations. Unique in France in the IES field as a fully remote programme, it develops skills in innovation management, digital technologies and data analysis. Open to students and working professionals alike, including career changers, it ensures rapid career entry into high-value-added roles.
This fully online Master’s Year 2 follows the M1 IES distance-learning track. It welcomes students and professionals in initial training, continuing education, or returning to study who wish to specialize in innovation and digital transformation. Unique in France within the IES distance-learning degree, it combines courses in innovation management, digital transformation, and data analysis. Expected cohort: 25–30 students.

Skills
The program develops skills in innovation management, innovative project management, innovation marketing, entrepreneurship, and the digital transformation of organizations. It also provides competencies in digital economics, data analysis and use, econometrics, and computer science, in order to support decision-making and organizational performance.
Objectives
This Master’s Year 2 aims to train professionals able to understand, manage, and support innovation processes and digital transformation within organizations. It develops skills in innovative project management, innovation marketing, entrepreneurship, digital economics, digital transformation, as well as data analysis, econometrics, and computer science.
