The distance learning program includes on-site exams for the first semester in January (Faculty Jean-Monnet, Sceaux), while second-semester exams are conducted remotely. Make-up exams for the second session take place on-site at the end of June. Each course features three virtual classes, and instructional materials include forums, videos, and other interactive resources to enhance learning and facilitate student interaction.

Le M1 IES en EAD est un programme d'études économiques ouvert à divers publics, allant des sciences humaines aux sciences et techniques. Il permet aux non-économistes d'explorer l'économie et aux économistes de se spécialiser davantage. Les prérequis incluent des connaissances en économie et/ou en mathématiques.
