The apprenticeship programme, based on the principle of work-study, combines the advantages of traditional university education (theoretical and practical) and in-company training (acquisition of experience). Apprentices receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training. They are gradually prepared to become field engineers who perfectly meet the current demands of medium-sized and large companies, using their experience in the professional environment and capable of ensuring a certain versatility within the company.
