Objectives

As part of the Master of Finance program at the Graduate School of Economics & Management, Université Paris-Saclay, this course allows students to master the fundamental concepts and techniques of risk and asset management. The M2 Risk and Asset Management course focuses on three themes: financial engineering, programming and quantitative techniques. The course provides students with the operational skills and expertise required for high-level positions in banking, insurance and asset management. The course balances theoretical knowledge with operational skills, notably through appropriate instruction in computer science (VBA, R, Python, etc.) and quantitative methods used in risk and asset management.
