Objectives

The objective of this curriculum is to enable graduates to work in the legal and fiscal departments of major multinational firms, Anglo-Saxon business consultancies or large banks as well as certain regulatory agencies.Trained to navigate in an Anglo-Saxon environment, the student can focus on international law. The following positions can be targeted: lawyer in the legal department of a big company, a group of companies or a multinational firm; employee in a business law firm (primarily Anglo-Saxon); international fiscal lawyer; lawyer in a bank; regulatory agency; lawyer in a public financial institution (“Caisse des dépôts et consignation”) or private. A PhD is also an option (doctoral contract, CIFRE agreement...) but the objective of this curriculum is primarily professional; the students receive interactive hands-on training, half of which is taught by professionals. Their dual expertise Law and Management enables them to work closely with the senior management of the groups they will work in or with.
