Présentation
Objectives

The objectives of LDD2 EM are: to deepen theoretical knowledge in both disciplines and develop abstraction skills, to introduce central quantitative tools, to initiate the mathematical formalization of more complex economic problems, to develop autonomy in work and the ability to synthesize concepts from different fields, to continue developing transversal skills, and to prepare for orientation in LDD3.

Organisation générale

LDD2 EM builds on the foundations acquired in the first year to raise the level of understanding and formalization. Courses in mathematics and economics become more conceptual. Specific modules begin to bridge the two disciplines. The program continues to include transversal courses and gradually prepares students for their orientation in LDD3.

Course Prerequisites

Access to LDD2 EM is primarily reserved for students who have successfully completed LDD1. Admission is possible for a very limited number of external students with an excellent level in mathematics and a demonstrated interest in economics. A strong capacity for adaptation and hard work is required to keep up with the demanding pace of the program.
