Material assistance

Université Paris-Saclay offers material aid to help students get equipped during their studies.  

Here are the programs established within the institutions: 

Students enrolled in university faculties (composantes) or doctoral programs at Université Paris-Saclay can submit a request through the programs listed below. 

Individual Material and IT Assistance - AMII

Université Paris-Saclay offers financial aid to students enrolled in university faculties and doctoral candidates at Université Paris-Saclay to support them in their studies. This aid is awarded based on financial criteria. 

Nature of the aid: Students can benefit from a grant of: 

  • A maximum of €350 for the purchase or repair of the following IT equipment: laptop or desktop computer, multimedia tablet. 
  • A maximum of €150 for a smartphone data plan or a Wi-Fi subscription. 

Please note, this aid can only be awarded once every 5 years per eligible student/doctoral candidate (except in the case of theft, where a student may have the aid renewed once by providing proof of a filed police port and proof of non-coverage by insurance). 

In 2025, 781 students benefited from this financial assistance.

The Student Life Department has laptops available for loan for a duration of 1 year, subject to availability. Requests must be submitted by email.
