Handiversité Symposium

The Handiversité symposium is a flagship initiative. Organized by the Handiversité think tank, it highlights and promotes research and innovation projects related to disability or rooted in a universal design approach.

It is dedicated to fostering new collaborative strategies between innovation stakeholders: companies, researchers, training programs, associations, and users. The event is structured around presentations, experience sharing, and demonstrations of innovative technologies developed at Paris-Saclay. Consult the dedicated page for the Handiversité 2025 symposium

Research laboratories working on disability

This is a non-exhaustive list related to projects presented at the Handiversité symposium. Other projects exist within Paris-Saclay University in collaboration with partner companies and other organizations. Below are links to research laboratories working in the field of disability:

FéDeV (Demenÿ-Vaucanson Federation) is a federative research structure with a dual mission: to lead and organize the scientific community in the field of movement sciences, and to promote, facilitate, and boost exchanges between research and industrial/medical applications.

Associations

  • Paris-Saclay University has joined the H-labco-creation and innovation network. H-lab enables collaboration between various stakeholders (people with disabilities, researchers, entrepreneurs, etc.) who are convinced that disability is a driver of value!
