Shake Your City

Created in 2016,the association Shake Your City was born from the idea that civic engagement can be the first contributor to sustainable change. Each year, a group of students (from AgroParisTech so far) travels to a region of the world to meet the people who are involved in the implementation of innovative environmental solutions linked to a particular culture, climate and geopolitical context. Recycling, city composting, urban farms, food banks, shared refrigerators...: cities are full of ideas!

The goal is to create an international network of citizen initiatives to encourage action by providing examples of solutions, innovative techniques, and internship and employment opportunities for all those who wish to get involved.
