Présentation
Objectives

The Master’s Degree in “Contracts, Assets and Litigation” aims to train legal professionals with strong expertise in private law, particularly in contract law, asset management, and civil and commercial litigation. The program focuses on developing advanced technical skills in contract drafting and analysis, as well as in both judicial and alternative dispute resolution. It equips students to address complex legal situations, provide effective legal advice to economic actors, and design appropriate procedural strategies. Graduates are prepared for high-level positions in legal and judicial professions (lawyers, in-house counsels, notaries, magistrates) or for doctoral research.
