THE World Reputation Rankings 2023: Université Paris-Saclay ranked as France’s top university

Times Higher Education has just published its World Reputation Rankings for 2023. Université Paris-Saclay appears in the top 50 universities in the world, and is ranked as the most reputable university in France.

The Times Higher Education World Reputation Rankings are created using the world’s largest invitation-only academic opinion survey, based on more than 38,000 responses from scholars in nearly 170 countries. Scholars are asked to name the 15 universities that they believe are the best in both research and teaching in their field.
Université Paris-Saclay first entered the ranking in 2021, appearing in the world’s top 100 universities, and has continued to see its international reputation rise over the years. In 2023, Université Paris-Saclay shares the 44th place with Northwestern University, securing a spot in the global top 50 and making it the most reputable French university in the world.
