A gathering for doctoral students and alumni of Paris-Saclay University

To mark the very first European edition of Doctoral Week, the Paris-Saclay University Doctoral Center is organizing an afternoon of meetings and discussions between doctoral students and alumni.

  • Interactive themed workshops tailored to your interests: Innovation, Sustainable Development, International Affairs, Science Communication, Wellness / Culture / Sports
  • Direct discussions with Paris-Saclay alumni to explore inspiring career paths and opportunities
  • A casual after-work gathering to continue the conversations in an informal setting
  • Exclusive Bonus | Limited Seating: The first 100 registrants will have the opportunity to attend a theater performance at the ENS Paris-Saclay Research Stage, where research and artistic creation intersect. Don’t wait!

Choose your workshops from the suggested themes and register now!

Afternoon schedule:

  • 1:00 PM: Welcome at Lumen
  • 1:30 PM: Start of the first workshop session (held at various locations)
  • 3:00 PM: Break
  • 3:30 PM: Second workshop session (held at various locations)
  • 5:00 PM: Networking at Plato (restaurant next to Lumen)
  • 6:30 PM – Bonus: Performance at the Research Stage for the first 100 registrants

Each workshop lasts 1.5 hours and is offered twice in the afternoon. You have the option of choosing two 1.5-hour workshops or one 3-hour workshop. Only the theater workshop on gender-based and sexual violence, the Cultural Workshop, and the FabLab activity run all afternoon.

All of the activities offered during this event were developed in collaboration with numerous representatives from Paris-Saclay University, who can support you in your daily life and whom you will have the opportunity to meet during the event: The Office of Student Life (DVEEC), the Research Hub, the Student Health Service (SSE), MISS, La Diagonale, the Sports Activities Office (SUAPS), the Office of Academic Programs and Student Success (DFR), the Fab Lab, the Design Spot, the Academic Writing Center (AWC), and the Office of International Relations (DRIE).
