Information about registration

Procedures for Masters

To apply and register for a Master's degree, please follow the procedure described here.
Your application has been accepted. Congratulations! You can now continue to step 2:

  1. Application
    1.    Choose your course
    2.    Apply
    3.    Accept the acceptance confirmation
  2. Registration
    1.    Pay the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) to CROUS
    2.    Proceed with your administrative registration and pay your registration fee
    3.    Send your supporting documents
    4.    Complete your academic registration

From step 2-2 onwards, the procedure depends on your institution (see your acceptance email). 
 

How do I find the registration procedure for my institution?

To register for a Master's degree:

  •  You must have your acceptance email.
  • The email will contain the name of the institution you need to register with.

After you have completed pre-registration, you will receive a link for completing your registration.

If it is the first time you have registered with Université Paris Saclay If you have already registered with Université Paris Saclay the previous year
You must go to the  IA-PRIMO platform You must go to the APOWEB platform

You will be joining one of the Faculties at Université Paris Saclay: The Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Sport Science. All constituent Faculties and institutions of Université Paris Saclay follow the same procedure for registering on a Masters.

    2.    Complete your pre-registration 
    3.    Proceed with your administrative registration and payment of your registration fees
    4.    Submit your supporting documents
    5.    Academic registration

 

STEP 2: REGISTRATION

Step 2-1: Pay theCVEC to CROUS

Every student on a full-time programme in a higher education institution must obtain, prior to registration, a certificate of payment of the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) either by payment or by showing exemption.
To obtain your certificate:
•    Log on to or create an account on MesServices.Etudiant.gouv.fr
•    Pay your CVEC or show exemption
You will need to send us your certificate when you register. If you are exempt, you must follow the same process.

Step 2-2: Complete your pre-registration

You must complete pre-registration. Pre-registration is available from the day after you receive your acceptance email.

Step 2-3: Proceed with your administrative registration and payment of your registration fees

After you have completed pre-registration, you will receive a link for completing your registration.

Step 2-4: Submission of supporting documents

Your supporting documents must be submitted to validate your registration. The documents must be submitted via the designated platform only, i.e. PJWEB. The link to PJWEB is sent to you once steps 2-3 have been completed.

Step 2-5: Academic registration

You can complete your academic registration at the administrate office for your course or at the Registrar’s Office, depending on the Faculty.
