EUGLOH Walks the Talk – Walking Challenge (3rd Edition)
The European University Alliance for Global Health is launching the 3rd edition of its virtual walking challenge.
What is the challenge?
This is a recurring EUGLOH wellbeing initiative designed to encourage participants to adopt healthier daily habits through daily physical activity, such as walking.
The programme, delivered via the Kiplin app, is designed to help you move more, eat better, and improve your sleep. You should join as part of a team of three from the same university. All types of physical activity count, including walking, running, cycling, and wellbeing sessions.
The challenge is fully inclusive and open to everyone, including wheelchair users.
The title “EUGLOH Walks the Talk” is based on an English idiom meaning to "act in accordance with one’s words or values". It reflects EUGLOH’s commitment not only to promoting health and wellbeing, but also to putting it into practice by supporting an active lifestyle.
How does it work?
The game will start on 15 June 2026 and run for three weeks.
1. You must register via this form by entering your details (only registered participants will be considered for the prizes).
2. After registration, you will see a page displaying instructions on how to download the app and join the challenge.
3. To earn points, you need to walk or cycle and take part in the proposed sessions and quizzes. The principle is simple: move, collect points for your home university, and progress with your team
