The Master 2 Corporate Lawyer programme trains specialists capable of supporting companies in their strategic decisions and day-to-day management. The programme covers business law, contracts, taxation, governance and compliance. It develops a solid legal and economic culture, which is essential in the corporate world. Graduates are expected to join legal departments, law firms or professional organisations.

The degree programme is organised into two progressive semesters. Organised on a work-study basis, it allows students to quickly immerse themselves in practical experience.

Objectives

The Master 2 ‘Corporate Lawyer (JE)’ is dedicated to corporate law and related professions (corporate lawyer, HR lawyer, solicitors). The teaching team for the Master 2 (as well as for the Master 1) is composed of academics and professionals. The courses are devoted to the practice of corporate law.
